About Us

We are located in the heart of downtown Raleigh at the corner of Hargett and Fayetteville streets on the fifth floor of the Raleigh Building. Our firm concentrates in family law and criminal defense.  Strategically located within a block of the Wake County Courthouse, we represent clients daily in Family Court, Domestic Violence Court, District and Superior Criminal Court.  Although we are regulars at the courthouse, we successfully settle and resolve cases without having to go to trial.  Sometimes cases cannot be resolved without litigation and if this is the case, we fight aggressively in court to protect your rights.
